  • Fee Schedule

    • Initial session fees start at $180 depending on the service provided. Payment of session is required on booking to secure your appointment. Herbals, supplements and extra services at additional cost to session fee and charged after the appointment by cash or card.

    • Returning session fees start at $90 depending on the service provided.

    • Note $30 acute session are for return clients only addressing one acute condition such as a cold or flu.

    • We may, at times, offer discounted sessions or packages.

    Cancellation Policy

    Missed and Cancelled Consultation Policy

    Sometimes unexpected things occur, and you may need to cancel or re-schedule your consultation. In these circumstances the following applies:

    Appointment cancellation

    If you need to cancel a consultation, please call with 24-hours’ notice. If you cancel your consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of 50% of the consultation fee will be required and remaining refunded upon request.

    Missed consultation

    If you miss your consultation without providing any notice, 50% of fee will be acquired and remaining 50% refunded upon request. Circumstances outside of our control can occur, please contact us as this is considered for refund percentages.

    Health Insurance

    Naturopathy is not currently covered by Health insurance funds in Australia.

    I reserve the right to change this policy from time to time.

  • Code of Ethics

    I am registered with the Naturopaths and Herbalists association of Australia (NHAA), I therefore also comply with the NHAA Code of Ethics.     Code of Conduct

    As an unregistered health practitioner, I adhere to both the General Code of Conduct for unregistered Health Practitioners and the national code of conduct for healthcare workers. This code is set out in Schedule 3 and 4 of the Public Health Regulations 2022. This code describes the minimum standards of behaviour and professional practice for health care workers.

    The code includes the following principles:

    • Providing health services that are safe, ethical, with informed consent, and within my scope of practice.

    • Implement infection control when required to minimise risk of disease transmission between all persons. Including, but not limited to, hand hygiene and personal protective equipment.

    • Abstain from communicating misleading health information or claims that I cannot substantiate.

    • Act appropriately regarding treatment advice, respect the clients right to informed choices.

    • Cooperate and communicate with other health care practitioners and agencies

    • Report medical negligence or concerns regarding other health practitioners to Health Care Complaints Commission.

    • Report adverse effects and minimise chances of adverse effects

    • Do not practice under the influence of alcohol or drugs

    • Do not financially exploit clients

    • Do not engage in sexual or close relationship with clients

    • Keep and maintain accurate, legible, and contemporaneous clinical records

    • Maintain indemnity insurance

    • Practice with confidentiality and privacy of client health information, aligning with the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 and the Privacy Act 1988

    • Display Code of Conduct and Health Care Complaints Commission complaint information.

    I adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 and the Health Privacy Principles in the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 No 71 (NSW). These govern the way in which I collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.     Telehealth Privacy

    To ensure privacy and safety, telehealth consults will not proceed if you are

    • Driving

    • In a public space, such as shopping centres, crowded locations, and places of food service.

    All precautions to safeguard your information while using online communication and technology such as ‘Zoom/Simple clinic’ has been implemented, however Radiant Holistics cannot guarantee unauthorised access. Please be advised to take precautions with regard to access to any technology used in sessions. Be aware of any friends, family members, significant others or co-workers who may have access to your computer, phone or other technology used in your session.

    Collection of Personal Information

    Your personal information, including names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers, health information is collected for the primary purpose of providing appropriate services to you. Personal information is collected from you and may also be collected from your authorised representatives, other health services, and other sources with your consent.

    Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

    Your personal information is used to provide services to you. Your personal information remains confidential, except for when required by law to report, or when you have given your consent. Personal information is never for sale to third parties.

    Storage and Security of Personal Information

    Your personal information is stored securely within clinic and technical security software has been implemented to minimise risk of exposure and loss of data. Client files are maintained for a minimum of 7 years, when no longer needed reasonable steps are taken to destroy or de-identify your personal information. Care is taken to maintain correct personal information that is accurate and up to date.

    Updating and correcting your personal information

    You can request that your personal information be updated or corrected should circumstances or information change. These requests will be processed in accordance with the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 No71 (NSW) and the Privacy Act 1988.

    Accessing your personal information

    If you wish to access your personal information, please contact me at kelliekretschmann@gmail.com to discuss the options. To protect your personal information, I may require identification from you before releasing the requested information. Withholding of information may occur in circumstances where providing you with access would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of other individuals or if it would pose a serious threat to the life, health or safety of any person.
